Add more fun to Niko's adventures in GTA 4 with these cheat codes.

GTA 4 cheats let you instantly spawn vehicles like the Annihilator Attack Chopper, restore Niko’s health, gain superpowers, and change your wanted level.

We’ve tested each of these cheat codes ourselves, on all the platforms that you can play GTA 4 on: Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PC.

Before using the cheat codes, just make sure you save your game, as cheats will disable Achievements and Trophies. Then, bring out your phone with UP on the d-pad or keyboard. Next, open the dial pad by pressing UP once more and enter the full code. Call it by pressing ENTER.

If done correctly, you’ll get a notification that the cheat is active. It will also be saved under the “Cheats” menu in your phone for quick access later.

Change Weather: Dial 468-555-0100
Each time you activate the cheat it cycles through: stormy, clear, overcast, foggy and sunny weather.
Max Health & Armor: Dial 362-555-0100
Niko instantly gets his health and armored restored in full.
Max Health, Armor and Ammo: Dial 482-555-0100
In addition to full health and armor, Niko also gets all his ammo replenished.
Raise Wanted Level: Dial 267-555-0150
Increases your wanted level by one star each time you use the cheat.
Remove Wanted Level: Dial 267-555-0100
Your wanted level is completely removed (zero stars).
Spawn Annihilator Helicopter: Dial 359-555-0100
Spawns the Annihilator attack chopper.
Spawn Banshee: Dial 265-555-2423
Spawns the Banshee sports car.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the money cheat in GTA 4?

There is no money cheat in Grand Theft Auto 4. While a money cheat existed in previous GTA games like San Andreas and Vice City, Rockstar decided to leave it out for GTA 4 and, more recently, GTA 5 too.

Can you get a Lamborghini in GTA 4?

Yes. In GTA 4, the Infernus vehicle is actually a Lamborghini. There is no cheat code to spawn the Infernus, but Brucie will give one to you as a gift during the game’s story.

Can I save my GTA 4 cheats?

Yes. The first time you enter a cheat code it will be saved under a new "Cheats" menu at the bottom of your existing cell phone menu. You can then simply go there for quicker cheat access later on.

Can I play GTA 4 on my PlayStation 4?

No, unfortunately Rockstar Games never ported GTA 4 to the PS4. You can only play GTA 4 on PS3 if you are a PlayStation gamer. Otherwise, it is available on PC, and the Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Rockstar has not announced any information about GTA 4 appearing on the PS4, the PS5 or the Xbox Series X|S.

What is the cheat to spawn a tank in GTA 4?

The tank in GTA 4 is known as the ‘APC’. You can spawn one by dialling 272-555-8265.

I still get the itch to play GTA 4, even today. As much as I have enjoyed GTA 5, I still prefer 4 for several reasons.

Having cheats just makes the game so much more fun too. Reminds me of the old days of gaming.

Same. I was looking for a list of cheats cause I couldn't remember all of them or what they did.

I think if they had better online set up for 4, it would have been liked more universally.

I didn't know about a few of these cheats. I wonder if I overlooked them or was looking at a basic list at the time. I miss Niko. He was probably my favorite character we got to play as in all GTA games. He was so goofy. I loved it. Reading through the cheats makes me want to play it again. I would have to buy it at this point though.
