  All PEDs begin fighting with one another.

  PEDs will begin rioting. Note this can make the game unplayable.

  PEDs will attempt to attack you, and will be armed with rocket launchers.

Gang Cheats

  Only gang members walk around in the streets. Cops don’t exist.

  Recruit anyone to your gang and they will possess a 9mm pistol.

World Effect Cheats
