Futuristic Vehicles in GTA 6

We can do without an Oppressor MK III ...

I was thinking about the topic of futuristic vehicles in GTA 6 and I really do not want to see an Oppressor MK III. The one in GTA (II) is already too overpowered and annoying. Instead, I am hoping they branch out a bit and offer us some other futuristic vehicles that aren't so overpowered.

Maybe having a hover car would be cool. Not one that can "fly" but hover so many feet up.

What sorts of futuristic vehicles would you like to see in GTA 6?

Yeah I don't want another one of those either. The amount of times I have been frustrated dealing with people online driving those things around almost made me quit on a number of occasions. Like it is great for getting around the map and doing missions but when it is used against other people, I absolutely hate it.

That being said, I think a hover car would be cool. I am thinking they should push heavier into the EV market and do an entire satire line of Tesla. They can make one that has rocket boosters on it and can glide around as well. I don't want anything in the form of a car that flies like a plane though. Not again. lol

Also, would not mind seeing a futuristic helicopter. Maybe something like this:


It would basically be an oversized drone.

Maybe I am a lone with this but I would rather they not have any of this stuff and just stick to realism. They can always do a futuristic title down the road, something like Cyberpunk but in their own format with their own story.

I would not mind this but I want it to look more for the times. If stuff stands out too much then it just looks funky. Like I don't mind the aliens and stuff the sill stuff online but I don't want too many vehicles looking out of place.

I would rather see stuff that stays on the ground if it is futuristic. Leave the planes and helicopters, jets, etc. in reality and only use real-life versions of those. They can make some sort of futuristic armored car, that is fine.

I am fine with it if it is only online. I don't want this kind of stuff in the story. It would seem weird that you can access this stuff for the campaign mode. Also, I am kind of on the fence with ones that fly as well.

So you would rather there not be anything in terms of guns or vehicles that are futuristic this time around? I know some people complained about that ray gun. I never got it nor used it online myself. Seemed cheesy.

Pretty much yeah. I mean the stuff just felt like nonsense and took away from the realism. I don't mind the silly costumes and characters but I don't want things to be so out of place that it makes no sense like the flying cars and bikes, they do not exist. Boat cars, fine.. but flying? No.

Ooo! I dream of flying cars! It would be interesting!

I would not mind seeing some futuristic tanks and jets but within reason. I am sure we will have some strange looking EV cars that look like 20 years a head of their time but with all this - I want it to be online only. I don't want this sort of stuff tied into the story.

I would like to see one though lol

I just want to to be reasonable and not overpowered. Also they need to make it even more expensive thank the previous one. I feel like it should be something you also need to unlock. You can't just grind and get it. Maybe put a stipulation on it where you can't be a bad player online and get it. I don't know how they can do that. The II is great, it is the trolls and griefers that ruined it.

That is a fair point, the vehicle itself isn't the problem it is how it is being used. I know they tried to fix this by putting a cool-down time on the missiles but it didn't really help all that much.
