We have seen several in the trailer. We have slim/fit, curvy, thicc, and fat for women. We have slim/fit, muscular, and fat for men.

Do you think we will actually be able to have these options in online? I know a lot of people have pointed out the hit box differences but other games that have different body types make it work. Being slim and smaller gives you an advantage and being bigger gives you a disadvantage but it is minor and I think it is worth giving us variety cause all the creative players pretty much look the same in GTA online right now, at least to me.

I want to be able to choose from different skin tones, body sizes, and facial features. Or maybe allow us all to start our as slim and depending on what we do have our characters gain weight or get buff in game.

The concept of starting a certain way and being able to change/alter your body based on in-game fitness and nutrition is crazy but I would love it. Like they can make it where you can keep eating past health max and so much over that will cause you to gain weight. Alternatively, you can gain more muscles doing activities around the map and being more active.

As much as I do like this I highly doubt they would do anything like this though. We would be lucky to be able to have different body shapes as an option in general.

The more variety the better! We were kind of given the short end of the stick when it came to custom character creation if you ask me. I think they will do much better in GTA 6.

We already know facial hair and scalp hair will grow and can be shaved, trimmed, etc. so allowing us to gain weight and muscle is not all that far-fetched. I don't remember hearing anything during the massive leaks on this though. I would imagine if it will be in the online version it will be in the story mode too.

Even if we don't have the option for different body types, I think we will have better customization by far. Just compared RDR2 to GTA 5 and then imagine it being like 10 times better than that.

I was going to say the same thing. I mean considering the body types have to be factored into bikes, cars, planes, etc. I highly doubt we will be give options for different sizes but you know know. I could be proven wrong.

I would love to be able to make my dude super fat and then get him swole and jacked like the dude in the pic.

We need more stuff like this in the world that can server as fun and filler. Gives us extra things to just make our own games of.

Unlike some games that stick to specific character models based on size and apply a "reskin," I'm sure GTA 6 will adopt the proportionality approach rather than the fixed size, which would allow for more variety, which is clear from this screenshot alone. I'm super stoked about that!

Same. I was thinking the same thing and I am excited to see what they do. I understand keeping everyone the same height for games like this but I think we will have some wiggle room for body size. Even if it isn't the most extremes (very thin, very fat).

Girl all the way to the left is looking so thiiicccc.

I think we will get options online. Not sure how much of a range they will allow. Probably comes down to coding for actions, vehicles, cut scenes etc.

I wonder if they will give us options like in the Sims games where you can adjust the body, face shape, hair, etc. rather than just giving us what they did in GTA 5. I didn't care for having to pick relatives to create my character. This is why most players ended up looking the same.

If you played RDR2 online, just expect similar. They did have different body options. They did have "heritage" which would basically give you different race profiles to build off from but with more options than GTA 5.

I think you might have quoted the wrong person? lol I was saying we will have different sizes just based on RDR2. We won't be able to make super thin or super fat people but we will have at least 4 or 5 body type options.

Oh right. I forgot about that. They had like 20 options I think. It has been awhile. I think they let you select a skull size too if I am not mistaken. So yeah I guess we can expect some better options in GTA 6.

If we are able have more freedom in terms of face and hair, I won't care so much about body types or sizes. Both would be ideal but I would rather have more face options if we could only get one.

Exactly. It will not be as customizable as other games like say, Baldur's Gate 3 but it will be several steps up from what we have now in GTA 5 online. Everyone just looks related to me lol

They kind of do, don't they? I mean we only have so many genetic presets and I think a lot of people tried to make their characters as attractive as possible and even with trying they still look somewhat inbred lol

The more variety we have the better it will be but within reason. Like I don't want it causing glitches and issues online. So there is a fine-line there.

Agreed. Especially if it gives an unfair advantage in PvP😂
