What GTA 5 heist pays the most

Might be a dumb ask at this point and probably something I should already know (lol) but does anyone know which one has the highest payout?

Bonus points if you can tell me the average time frame it takes to complete it. I am trying to find a way to make cash quickly but efficiently.
 
The Diamond Casino Heist by far. On normal difficulty, you can earn up to just over $10.3 mill and I think it is $11.3 mil on hard.

A lot of people don't care for this so the second highest earning heist is the Cayo Perico Heist which will get you $6.2 to $6.8 mil.

I have completed it a few times and because it was a split heist and not ran solo, we did not get as much each. I think the total only ended up being 7 something million both times.
 
I have tried a number of times and have never been able to get the highest payout. I think you need to complete it damn near perfect for that and if you go do them with a crew, you are splitting the money.

I got it ONCE. I am not sure what the scale is for something like this either. It seems like you can make one minor mistake or change and you won't get paid as much.

I never got the max either. I know a few people that did though but it is hard to do from what I understand.
