Is there a jetpack cheat in GTA 5?

Maybe I am overlooking it if there is but I have not been able to find one. I want to try some stuff offline that would require the use of such a thing. I am just not sure if this is an actual cheat in GTA 5 or not.

Yeah, it is the mammoth thruster. You can see it in action here and how to get one:

I wanted them to add a jet pack that was more condensed like the kind you commonly see in other games. You are pretty stiff when using the one in GTA 5. I never bothered with it because it isn't as much fun as other things we have access too.

There are way funnier things in the game!

I guess they were going for more realistic ones but they are stiff and clunky. I guess they are just meant to mess around with so not a big deal.

I must have overlooked it! It does seem rather clunky, I agree but I am still going to play around with it later tonight cause why not? lol

The jet pack would be more useful if you could equip it through your inventory. Having to use the cheat every time you want to use it seems annoying. I have not messed with any of the cheats though. This is just based on what I have seen on YouTube and Twitch.
