I was today year's old when I found out Chop can help you search!

I am playing through GTA 5 (the story) again. I am kind of burned out online at the moment so I figured I would try and do a new run through of the game since it has been a long time since I played it (like actually played the story and didn't just mess around). Was working on collecting the letter scraps with Franklin and he was able to find some for me! I didn't know this was a thing. WTH lol I am like mind blown by this.

Ah I remember this. I had to use him for a few of the letters that were a pain to find for me. I can see how people overlooked it though. I can bet most people just thought to use him for getting weapons and stuff but didn't think to use him to assist in finding the letters.

I only found this out after the fact. I just assumed it was only something Franklin could do and didn't consider Chop to be an extension of him in this way.

I did not know this either. WTF LOL I wonder why people never talked about this more. I guess not everyone cared about finding those letter scraps? I know I did and got stuck a few times. Ended up using a guide to finish them.

Maybe or they just didn't think to use him to find them? I really don't know. I would have loved to have something like this online. I feel like they planned on letting us have dogs online at one point to help track down stuff but never added it.

A friend of mine said that too awhile ago. Like people been asking for dogs and cats in the game for ages, especially since RDR2 came out and they only just recently added them. It would be nice if we could adopt one. Even if it stayed in the apartment.
