Best passive income in GTA Online

I want to find the best way to earn while doing other stuff. I am just not sure which is considered the best in terms of income.

What do ya'll do that works? What pays the best in your experience?
 
Nightclub. Hands down.

I put off getting one going for a while and eventually did it and it is the easiest way to stack money without doing much. You can get up to 50k per day running one (in-game day I mean). You just have to keep it popular.

This. But as mentioned, you have to keep the popularity high or you will not make 50k. I managed to make as much as $20k per in-game day but it took awhile. I am not sure if I am doing it right. lol
 
There is different Nighclubs to buy in GTA Online, all with a different basic purchase price, the overall cost depends on which add ons you choose to buy. a bit more here; https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Nightclubs

You find the property through your in game phone>Browser>Money and properties tab(Not sure the name is correct)>Maze-bank foreclosures
 
It is worth the investment if you have the cash for it for sure. I wish I had gotten a night club sooner than I did. You can make good money and not have to worry so much about doing minor missions anymore.

Yeah it does take time. Once you have it set up though and you get the flow going for it, it is easy money.
 
Now is the time for it to really shine with double the rewards. If you don't have a nightclub and can afford it, get one for this week cause you will be making double the money.
 
Motorcycle Club Businesses, Bunkers, properties, investments etc are some of the ways in which passive income can be made.
 
Although it takes a while to set it up properly (it is worth it), Nightclub IS the way to go for passive income. Hands down, it's the best passive income strat in the game!

Especially right now cause they have a bonus going. I wish I had one going but I don't anymore. I just got annoyed at keeping the popularity up. Ate up too much of my time.
 
I don't spend a lot of time keeping the popularity up on my nighclub, just remember to get the staff upgrade as it makes popularity decline slower.

Besides that I never let the popularity drop too much, so the drive a VIP to the hospital or home, or one of the kick an unwanted guest out of the club tasks is enogh to get back to 100% popularity.

I did not know this. Been working on my club since they had the bonus going for it. Going to upgrade the staff tonight. Thanks for that tip!
