First, here’s some general tips for spawning cars in GTA 5:

• If the car you want is in Simeon’s list, it has a better chance of spawning. Refresh the list after you’ve waited a while or quit GTA Online and return.
• If you drive a car by the same manufacturer as the one you want, it has a better chance of spawning.
• From the GTA Online menu screen, if you go to “Options,” “Spawn Location,” and then “Last Location,” you can go from lobby to lobby until the car you want spawns.

The following vehicles are known to spawn at the locations described below. This list covers both the GTA 5 offline and GTA Online car locations.

Note, you are also able to buy cars in GTA Online (as opposed to stealing them). This can be done by opening the internet browser on your in-game mobile phone (Eyefind) and then going to the Travel and Transport section. There you will find links to the four different vendors of vehicles within the game: Benny’s Original Motor Works, Legendary Motorsport, Southern San Andreas Super Autos and Warstock Cache & Carry.

Modded Dubsta 2

Extremely rare

The modded Dubsta 2 is an extremely rare spawn and requires specific actions to be completed before it can be acquired. Refer to this article for specific instructions.

Obey Tailgater

Rare

The Obey Tailgater will appear in the parking lot of golf course in the area shown here on the map. However, it will only appear if you’ve received a text message from Simeon asking you to get it.

Canis Bodhi

Common

To make the Canis Bodhi spawn, you must either host or join the Rockstar-created Mission “Dirt Road.” It will then appear in the location shown on the map, between rocks on the road.

You can also buy the Canis Bodhi for $25,000 from southernsanandreassuperautos.com.

Canis Mesa

Semi-Rare

To get the Canis Mesa, have another player spend $7,500 with Merryweather to send mercenaries after you. Shoot the mercenaries and steal the vehicle when they appear, and take it to the LS Custom Shop.

Imponte Phoenix

Look for the Imponte Phoenix in the location shown on the map.

Submarine

Common

The submarine will be in the water at the very edge of the area shown on the map.

Declasse Asea

You can only get the Declasse Asea as a new character. When you get to choose a car to race with in the tutorial, pick the Declasse Asea. After the race ends, keep the car and continue until you can take it to the LS Custom Shop.

You can not find the modded version of the Sultan RS naturally out in the open world, but you can find the normal Karin Sultan and upgrade it to the Sultan RS. There are two guaranteed spawn points where you can find the Sultan RS. The best part about these locations is that the car spawns in a group of either two or three!

The first location is the Prison parking lot. If you do not find the car then simply drive around the prison and a new set of cars should appear. Try it out a couple of times and if you still don’t see the car then simply find a new GTA Online session and repeat the process. We found the car after two session changes and driving around a couple of times

The second reliable location is the Maze Bank Arena parking lot. You can find the car in the parking lot of the arena. If you do not see the car, then repeat the same process of changing your session and driving around the stadium to refresh the cars.

It has also been reported, by a number of players, that if you drive around these locations in an Elegy RH8, then the likelihood of a Sultan spawning is higher… and, there is no harm in it since you can get Elegy RH8 for free.

Now, to upgrade your regular Sultan to the Sultan RS, you can either go to LS Customs and add a Roll Cage to get the RS version, or go to Benny’s Original Motor Works and upgrade your normal Sultan to the Sultan RS by paying a hefty GTA$795,000. Also, when you go to LS Customs, you will need to add all the performance upgrades to actually turn the car into a proper RS with improved acceleration and handling – adding a roll cage is just for decorative purposes!

This motorcycle will spawn on the sidewalks in the area shown on the map.

Bravado FIB Buffalo

In the area on the map, make your way to the satellite dishes and the road to Los Santos Customs. If you park by the first satellite dish between 10:00 and 11:00, you should see people nearby. From the mountaintop, use the sniper rifle to look for a distant Mariachi Declasse Tornado being chased by the police. Shoot the people in the car and then either steal it or call Lester. Take it to Los Santos Customs and put a tracker on it.

Note: the Mariachi Declasse Tornado can’t be initially stored, but you can put it in your garage once you take another vehicle out.

When dealing with regular export lists, the cars will be readily available throughout traffic, so you won’t be needing any kind of guide to help you out in that regard. Hopping into a designated car will slap you with two wanted stars, which you’ll have to lose before you deliver the wheels to Simeon.

Simeon Cars Sale Price

The cash reward for these cars is always their LSC sell price plus an additional premium for completing the job. You can check out the handy table below for specifics. This add-on cash is what makes doing the mission more profitable than simply selling the car, however it does depend on the vehicle’s condition.

High Priority Requests

While these are simple and easy, there is another version of the mission: High Priority Requests. In this case the rules of the game are changed up a bit. All High Priority cars are marked on the map with a green car icon, so finding them won’t be too hard. That said, they’ll always spawn in one of ten locations:

• The parking lot at the Observatory
• The parking lot at Los Santos Golf Club
• Fleeca Bank carpark in Chumash, on the east side of the Great Ocean Highway
• Del Perro Pier parking lot
• Vespucci Beach tennis court parking lot
• Maze Bank Arena upper car park
• Boulevard Del Perro at the street car park near Bob Mulét in Rockford Hills.
• Parking lot on Vespucci Boulevard west of the Maze Bank Tower behind the Alta Street apartments.
• Northern parking lot at Vinewood Racetrack
• Puerto Del Sol Carpark

However, in the case of the regular vehicles, even though typically they tend to spawn in traffic with a higher frequency if they’re on the list Simeon sends you, in some rare cases players may not encounter any of the rides too easily.

The vehicles which have no specific spawn point and appear in regular traffic with higher frequency if they on Simeon’s list are the following:

• Maibatsu Penumbra
• Bollokan Prairie
• Bravado Gresley
• Emperor Habanero
• Fathom FQ 2
• Benefactor Serrano
• Ocelot Jackal
• Benefactor Schafter
• Ocelot F620

A good bet with any of these vehicles, if for any reason they’re proving hard to find, is to drive another vehicle of the same type. If you are looking for an SUV, drive a different SUV. Drive a coupe when looking for a coupe or a sedan when looking for a sedan. None of these vehicles have locations with higher spawn rates, unlike those we’re detailing below.

Several vehicles won’t show up as readily in traffic, and rather have a few sweet spots across the map where they’re likely, or almost guaranteed in some cases, to spawn. If you are having trouble finding a specific vehicle, chances are we have it covered below.

High Spawn Rate Locations

Simeon’s cars are generally found all over the city, but there are certain locations with a higher spawn chance. The locations are as follows:

Western Motorcycle Company Bagger

(Very Rare)

This motorcycle will spawn on the sidewalks in the area shown on the map.

Western Daemon

(Rare)

You are guaranteed to find some of these bikes at the golf course parking lot, if they are on your list of Simeon vehicles – during regular free roam, they spawn randomly throughout the world with a higher chance if you are riding another bike.

Karin BeeJay XL

The Dundreary Landstalker has a high chance of spawning if you are driving another SUV and is a guaranteed spawn at the Sandy Shores junkyard. You can find two of them at this location.

Ubermatch Sentinel XS

There is a second spawn location found at the marker on this second map, however this is the rarer modified version.

As this is a rare spawn it won’t appear all the time. Refer to the video below for a detailed guide on how to acquire the vehicle.

Benefactor Serrano

The Benefactor Serrano can be found in the Rockford Hills area on Saturday around 13:00 afternoon (in-game time). We came across multiple cars at a time by simply driving around.

Bollokan Prairie

This car can be found near Del Perro Pier Road, on Mangellan Avenue, to be specific. The car was found around 13:00 (in-game time).

Bravado Gresley

You can find the Bravado Gresley at Rockford Hills in between 13:00 – 14:00 (in-game time).

Emperor Habanero

The car was found in the Strawberry area, early Friday morning around 9:00 A.M.

Fathom FQ2

The Fathom FQ2 can be found roaming the streets of western Vinewood at night. We found one after midnight, around 1:30 A.M.

Ocelot F620

The Ocelot F620 can be found in the Del Perro Pier parking lot quite often. We found one after midnight, around 1:00 A.M., in the parking lot.

Penumbra Maibutsu

The Penumbra Maibutsu can be found at night time around the Vinewood and Burton areas. We found one on Thursday around 22:00 (10 P.M. in-game time).

Because of this, next-generation console players have their ranking of the fastest cars determined by the fully upgraded HSW tuning. For PC players without HSW access, refer to our guide covering the fastest cars normally. 

The cars are ranked by top speed and also lap time ranking because we also need to consider the performance of these HSW vehicles during races. The best Top line speed does not necessarily mean faster lap times!

Fastest HSW Cars List (Top Speed)

The following list of top ten HSW fastest cars in GTA Online for PS5 and Xbox X|S are ranked from the fastest to the slowest.

Grotti Itali GTO Stinger TT

The Itali GTO Stinger TT, inspired by the real-life Ferrari Roma and with design elements borrowed from the Ferrari Purosangue’s headlights, is the fastest fully upgraded HSW vehicle in GTA Online. It reaches an impressive top speed of 168.5 mph (271.2 km/h), securing its top position in the list and in its own Sports class.

With the release of GTA 5, Taxi missions were present in Story Mode but not in GTA Online. Thankfully, after over a decade since its release, we now have Taxi Work added as an odd job in GTA Online. Players can now pick up passengers and drop them to their destinations for rewards and extra achievements.

Taxi Work

To start Taxi missions, players must go to Downtown Cab Co. and start the activity, or own a Taxi Cab and start directly from the taxi itself. Players can drive passengers to specific locations for cash.

You can purchase a Taxi Cab from Warstock Cache & Carry for $650,000 or $487,500 trade price. The trade price is unlocked after completing 10 fares in a row during Taxi missions.

Players can also purchase a custom Taxi that is fully customizable and tunable once they’ve reached Sponsorship Tier 25 in the Arena Wars. The custom Taxi is much more reliable as players can tune it to get better protection and speed for faster rides.

There is no end to the Taxi Work, and the overall fare keeps increasing. Much like the classic Taxi missions found in the previous game, you can pick and drop customers indefinitely. Each fare is its own and players can stop whenever they want (for example, after completing 1, 5, 50, or 100 fares).

So how well do these Taxi missions pay? Each customer you pick up pays a fixed fare price with a variable tip. The variable tip can either increase or decrease depending on how well you drive. The more erratic the driving, the less the tip. The better you drive, the better the tip.

You should avoid driving recklessly as your taxi cannot be repaired at LS customs during missions. You have no time limits to worry about, so take your time when giving the customers a ride. Avoid hitting other cars, and get to the destination as fast as possible. You lose your variable tip gradually, as you take more time to reach the destination.

The base fixed fare will increase with every successful customer drop. However, the variable tip bonus price will cap out after delivering your 10th customer in a row. The tips increase by $100 after every customer, and caps after the tenth customer, as mentioned before. You can earn around $15k once the fare hits the cap.

Taxi Liveries

Completing the Taxi missions several times also unlocks unique liveries for specific vehicle types. You can unlock the following liveries:

• Downtown Cab Co. Livery for Broadway muscle car: Complete 50 Taxi fares.
• Downtown Cab Co. Livery for Willard Eudora muscle car: Perform 10 Stunt Jumps.

If you do not see the vehicles in your game, they will be added in the coming weeks as part of the LS Drug Wars update continuation.

You do not have to complete the 50 fares in a row, and can take breaks in the middle. You can also perform the stunt jumps multiple times at the same spot – to complete the challenge, you don’t have to look for different stunt jump spots. While these two vehicles give off the classic Taxi aesthetics, we cannot use these two vehicles for Taxi missions, unfortunately.

The best way to complete the stunt jump challenge is to go to the bridge next to Maze Bank. There is an easy stunt jump that you can repeat over and over until you’ve completed 10 jumps.

Fast Travel

In addition to the new Taxi work, players on the PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S can fast travel to specific locations by calling a cab. Players can do that by going to their phone contacts list and calling the Downtown Cab Co.

You can go to a fixed point of interest and have the option to either sit through the ride or pay $1,000 to skip the ride to reach your destination instantly. GTA+ members can skip the trip free of cost. Note that if you set a custom marker or choose a store, a hideout or a business, the Trip Skip feature does not work on them.

When players use the Trip Skip feature, there’s a 48-minute cooldown per skip. However, it is only 5 minutes for the GTA+ members, allowing them to use this feature more frequently.

What is Hao’s Special Works?

Hao’s Special Works is an expansion to the LS Car Meet introduced in Los Santos Tuners. On the current gen consoles, it replaces the regular car customization shop found at the underground location, but matches all previous functionality while expanding upon it with new conversions and mods that weren’t previously available, as well as additional racing-based activities.

Hao’s Special Works also sports the particularly useful feature of allowing players to directly buy exact copies of other players’ vehicles being shown off at the car meet via the interaction menu. If you see someone else sporting a custom ride that’s to your liking, this feature makes it easy to get one of your own without having to guess the exact parts used.

What platforms is Hao’s Special Works out on?

While the port was rated for PC since, we don’t yet have official confirmation of such a release, meaning for the time being this content is exclusive to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Hao’s vehicle conversions & customization

Hao’s Special Works takes a page out of Lowriders‘ book and uses a system similar to Benny’s Original Motor Works, where before applying the exclusive customization options you need to buy a “conversion” for the vehicle in question. This gives you a new platform to work with, and in and of itself features some improvements over the base vehicle. In-game this is known as the HSW Performance Upgrade.

Some of these vehicles weren’t available for conversion immediately when the update launched, but were made eligible later on. This implies that more vehicles might be added to the roster later on. The Dubsta 2

In GTA Online, one popular vehicle is the modded Dubsta 2. Players can find it in Los Santos, and after getting their hands on one, they can head to another location where more Dubsta 2s should theoretically appear, because they’re already driving one, and because of the phenomenon we described above. This method was once a handy way of making money, especially for new players.

Previously, to spawn a Dubsta, you had to find a modded Dubsta 2 first to generate more. But, thanks to the Diamond Casino Heist update, you can now spawn one without needing to find it first.

This guide will help you find a modded Dubsta 2 in GTA Online. You can do it in both public and private sessions, but we suggest a private session as other players might interfere with the spawn algorithm. Plus, considering the griefers of GTA Online, better safe than sorry!

How to get a Modded Dubsta 2

First, make your way to Los Santos Customs in Burton. This is the most famous LS Customs, right in the heart of Los Santos.

Look around the parking lot of LS Customs and ensure there are no vehicles parked in the area. If you don’t see any vehicles, you’re good to go. But, if you do see one or more, either destroy them or simply crash into them with another vehicle in order to misplace them. This makes the game think that the vehicle is no longer “present” in the area and will delete the vehicle once we go through the steps below.

After that, call Ms. Baker of the Diamond Casino and use her Car Service to order a Dubsta. If you do not have Ms. Baker’s contact, you need to head over to the Diamond Casino and order a MacBeth Whiskey Shot at the main bar of the Casino or inside your Penthouse. Note that for this random event to happen, you must own a Penthouse in the Casino. Keep taking shots until you pass out and wake up at a random location. Continue to do this until you get a call from Agatha Baker. After the call, she will be added as a contact in your phone.

After ordering the Dubsta from Ms. Baker, get inside the vehicle and follow the route from point A to point B, as shown in the image below. This is roughly four blocks of loop which you must make and return to LS Customs.

Once you’re near LS Customs, slow down and look slightly to your left. Simply move your camera slightly to the left before you turn right into the LS Customs alleyway. As you can see in the image below, we are near the LS Customs alleyway, but looking slightly to the left.

You can turn right and look through the alleyway once you’re parallel to the alleyway (or the sign). It doesn’t have to be perfect. Feel free to refer to our video guide above to see how to do it effectively.

When you turn right into the alleyway or the parking lot of LS Customs, you should see a parked modded Dubsta 2. If you do not see it, repeat the process. It can take up to 20 tries, 10 tries, or a single try. But it always works, eventually. We managed to spawn the car in a single try.

Also, ensure that the in-game time is past 8 A.M. The car has a higher chance of spawning between 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. If you still don’t see a vehicle after several tries, start a new private session and repeat.

If you do not like the color of the spawned vehicle go ahead and repeat the route. When you return to LS Customs, there is a chance for a different colored modded Dubsta 2 to spawn. Also, if you want to keep the car for yourself and save it in your garage, put a tracker on it by going into LS Customs.

When it comes to vehicle spawns in GTA Online, they are often not only tied to locations, but also to the time of day and to what vehicle you are currently driving. The hard part of this process is getting your first modified Dubsta 2, but after that it becomes easy.

We should forewarn you that the spawn rate of the vehicle is exceedingly low, so there’s going to be a lot of waiting involved unless you’re particularly fortunate.

The first step is to position yourself at the location marked on the map below, which you can also see in the video above. This is the best possible location to wait for a Modified Dubsta 2 spawn. You need to hunker down and get ready for the long haul. The target vehicle can spawn anytime between 8 AM and 12 AM, but is more likely to appear in the latter half of that span of time.

After this, you need to go to this second location marked on the map after saving your first modded Dubsta 2 so that you can get your mechanic to deliver it. Since you are already in one of these vehicles, spawn rates will significantly increase. Now, just wait for the second one, steal it, drive to the nearest Los Santos Customs, sell it, order your first Dubsta 2, drive back to the spawn location and repeat.

After visiting the LS Car Meet, you will be able to buy your very own Auto Shop via Maze Bank’s Foreclosure website. Before you indulge in buying the best Auto Shop in the market though, know that all the Auto Shops hold the same interior.

The Auto Shops are represented by a wrench icon on the Maze Bank’s Foreclosure website.

As for which Auto Shop is the best location-wise? That depends entirely on your operations and your gameplay. If your other businesses are closer by, then that location will be the best Auto Shop for you.

There are a total of five Auto Shops to choose from, each having a different price. The cheapest Auto Shop costs $1,670,000 at Mission Row, and the most expensive one is at La Mesa, valued at a base price of $1,920,000. The Auto Shops locations are:

Mission Row

The Auto Shop at Mission Row costs $1,670,000.

Strawberry

The Auto Shop at Strawberry costs $1,705,000.

Rancho

The Auto Shop at Rancho costs $1,750,000.

Burton

The Auto Shop at Burton costs $1,830,000.

La Mesa

The Auto Shop at La Mesa costs $1,920,000.

Auto Shop Interior

Just like any other new building you buy, you can customize the interior of the Auto Shop. The interior decoration costs can cause the base price to go up by up to 2 million dollars. This is completely optional, and you can settle for the original base price of the Auto Shops stated above.

The following are the prices of the most expensive option in each category of interior decor.

• Tint: $187,500
• Emblem: $104,500
• Staff: $770,000 for 2 Staff Members
• Extras: $990,000 for Personal Quarters & Car Lift

Setup Mission

After buying the Auto Shop, you will visit your shop for the first time. Once you enter the shop, a cutscene will be initiated and you will be introduced to Sessanta and Kenny Dixon Jr., aka “Moodyman.”

They will give you the quick task of retrieving Sessanta’s impounded car from the police station. You can start the mission from the whiteboard inside the Auto Shop.

You need to be a VIP, CEO, or MC President to start this mission, just like any other business-related mission in GTA Online.

When you reach the police station, you will find several cops guarding the garage with Sessanta’s car.

Clear out the cops first and quickly grab the vehicle before more cops arrive.

Depending on how many cops you kill, you are bound to get at least 3 or 4 stars wanted level.

The best way to avoid the cops is to drive into the sewer tunnels. Refer to the purple custom indicator on the map below to know the exact location of the sewer tunnel entry point.

Once you’re inside the tunnel, wait it out, and eventually, the wanted level will go away.

After that, you can drive back to your Auto Shop to complete this setup mission.

Contracts

After completing the setup mission, you will be able to do contracts from the job board in your Auto Shop. These contracts are given by KDJ. These are mini-heists, and you are given payment upon completion of each contract. These contracts are doable solo as well.

Exotic Exports List

The Exotic Exports List is a fancier name given to Simeon Cars but with also better pay. It is similar to how you find and deliver cars to Simeon in the free roam world. But, in this case, the cars are randomly spawned in the world, and they are indicated by a small blue dot on your mini-map. The blue dot makes it easier to identify the vehicles.

This list also refreshes every 24 hrs.
